Volunteers are required to wear black shirts, black long pants or skirts, and closed-toed shoes.

Liability Release : I hereby release, indemnify, and hold harmless , Emerald City Supper Club its officers, directors, and employees, and the organizers, sponsors, and supervisors of all Emerald City Supper Club activities from any and all liability in connection with any injury I may sustain (including any injury caused by negligence) in conjunction with volunteering with Emerald City Supper Club.(required)

Media Release : I agree to be photographed, videotaped, and/or recorded while volunteering with Emerald City Supper Club. I understand that Emerald City Supper Club will own rights to and may use this media (photographs, videos, audio recordings, and/or my statements), in whole or part, in Emerald City Supper Club materials such as printed publications, the Emerald City Supper Club website, videos, social media, grant proposals, and promotional materials.(required)
