“Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it’s the only thing that ever has.”

Emerald City Supper Club is a 501(c)3 nonprofit with the mission of bringing members of the community together to raise awareness of, funds for, and a glass to charitable organizations in the Greater Seattle area.

Our vision is to build a large, inclusive giving community that is unique in it’s format (i.e. breaking away from the traditional model of fundraising such as auctions), attracting a new generation of philanthropists.

We host an Annual Dinner that raises $10,000 to donate to a charitable organization in the greater Seattle area.

Prior to the event, Supper Clubbers nominate non-profits to be in the running for the $10,000 Greater Good Award (list of nominations here). Our board narrows the list down to three finalists, then dinner attendees vote on who receives that year’s grant.

It’s a simple formula: 100 people x $100 = $10,000!

So, that’s pretty much it — some good food, good drinks, and good people enjoying an evening out for the greater good.

The Emerald City Supper Club acknowledges that we gather on the unceded ancestral lands of the Coast Salish peoples, specifically the the People of the Inside, dxʷdəwʔabš, the Duwamish Tribe. We honor with gratitude the land itself and the Duwamish Tribe. This acknowledgement does not take the place of authentic relationships with indigenous communities, but serves as a first step in honoring the land we are on.
