To be considered, organizations must be:

A nonprofit organization registered with the IRS:
The organization must be able to provide us with a copy of their Letter of Determination from the IRS, and a charitable donation tax receipt.

Headquartered in the Greater Seattle / King County area:
Our mission is to support our communities in need right here at home. National organizations that have a local chapter registered in King County are eligible for consideration, as long as the funds are used for a project that serves our local communities.

Established for at least five years.
